Kelli Johnson				Sports model, international figure competitor, personal trainer and presenter Kel Johnson won her first figure title in 2003 and has grown from strength to strength. When not competing, Kel works with other competitors to develop personalized nutrition and training programs. Kerryn Woods				Melbourne based Kerryn Woods started training in 2004 when she was unhappy with her physique. In just a few short years she has turned it around to craft the fit and toned body you see here. Now a personal trainer, Kerryn runs her own business called FitBodies. Entering her first figure competition in 2008, Kerryn placed a more than respectable third in the Masters (over 40) division - she loves to prove to people that it's never too late!
Kim Schaefer				Born and raised in Iowa, Kim Schaefer started to get serious about fitness in 2002. By 2003 she was already competing. She is a figure competitor, fitness model and personal trainer. Kim has worked hard to create a toned and fit physique, topped off with good looks to make a great package. Kristia Knowles				Kristia Knowles is from Raleigh, North Carolina. She started modeling at 16 whilst continuing to study, earning a degree in Chemistry and then a masters in Physical Therapy. Originally from Pontiac, Michigan, Laura Mak started lifting weights in high school and went on to become one of the industry's most recognized faces.
